LE COURS DE FRANCAIS : MERCREDI 19 FEVRIER 2014.

Wednesday we started the class by a review of last week  "Unité  5 Leçons 3-4" and we did the correction of the homework. The children did an excellent job on their little essay, "BRAVO !". The group also finished the exercices 4A, 4B of "Cahier d’activités" p. 21.
We reviewed the colors "Les couleurs", and the numbers 1-100, to prepare us for the next Unité.
We, then, worked on  Unité 6, Leçons 1-2, of   Alex et Zoé 3   Méthode on p.24-25.

The adjectives of colors agree with their subject, except the adjectives which come from the name of fruits, or vegetables, these adjectives are invariable (orange, marron, citron, cerise, aubergine.......).

un chien blanc                une chatte blanche        des chiens blancs

un tapis marron              des tapis  marron
une boîte  citron             des boîtes citon

The class also worked on few fun exercises - "Relie le début à la fin pour reformer les phrases"" Connect the beginning at the end to re-form the sentences , and to close the class we played  "Baccalauréat"

Homework for Wednesday, February 26: Do exercise 1A, 2A of  Alex et Zoé 3  Cahier p. 22, 23 (use the sheets with the numbers I gave you last week), read "je lis une histoire à  suivre" (in the binder) Violette (1).
